HFA STUDENTS ARE COMMITTED TO COMMUNITY SERVICE: HFA guides all students to appreciate the goodness of all creation and to meet the challenges of life with hope and confidence. Parents of students in Grade 4, 7 and 10 are encouraged to fill out the Alberta Education Assurance Survey online beginning in January. Parents will receive a letter in the mail with a unique online code to complete the survey.

It's time for our Family Dance!!! šŗš On January 16, 2024 our School Council will be holding a family dance from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM. Weāre excited to light up the night together at our Family Glow Dance! To make the most of the glowing fun, we encourage everyone to wear white or light-colored clothingāthe brighter, the better! This will help you shine under the lights and be part of the glowing experience. We can't wait to dance the night away with you! School council is asking for donations of cookies to provide as a snack during the dance. Cookies need to be store bought (Oreos, etc) and must be nut free. If you are interested in donating cookies for our dance please drop them off or send them to the school with your student by Tuesday, January 14th. Thank you so much for your kind donations. We hope to see you at the dance!
Mrs. Larson has been working with some of our Grade 4 students to establish a monthly HFA Newspaper. Our team of roving reporters has been writing and submitting articles for your reading pleasure. Please see attached, Edition 1.01 of The Grade 4 Forum - HFAās own student created newspaper!
