It was a beautiful day for a Winter Walk! Thanks to all of the parents and grandparents that were able to join us!
It was a beautiful day for a Winter Walk! Thanks to all of the parents and grandparents that were able to join us!
Holy Family Academy might not have a groundhog to help predict the weather, but we do have Mrs. Enderby's lovely hamster, Mr. Bean. This was Mr. Bean's very first year helping predict how long our winter will last. Students watched through zoom, eagerly anticipating if Mr. Bean would roll forward into spring or backwards for a longer winter. Watch to find our this year's prediction! #HFAallTheWay #CTRcatholic #groundhogday2024

We had a great pajama/banana split day at HFA! 😄🍌🍨 While in their cozy pajamas, staff and students made their way to the hall where they were served banana splits by some Bandits and parent volunteers. Special thanks go out to our Bandits: Ethan, Davide, Logan and Luke and our parent volunteers: Mrs. Jackson, Mrs. Keswick, and Mr. Anderson. And the biggest thanks goes out to our amazing librarian, Mrs. Hauck, for organizing everything! 👏👏👏 #HFAallTheWay #CTRCatholic #BrooksBandits
We've been reading up a storm all January! To celebrate how 'bananas over books' we are, we're having banana splits and pajama day tomorrow! #HFAallTheWay #BananasOverBooks
The National Lacrosse Association presented to our grade 4s on Friday. Not only did they learn about our awesome national sport, they also got to have fun doing it! #HFAallTheWay #CTRcatholic #brookslacrosse #nationallacrosseassociation
St. Thomas Aquinas is Mrs. Nelson's classroom saint. The class learned about him today and made a craft in honor of his feast day on January 28th. There is always a sun in St. Thomas Aquinas' pictures, so students made a sun with him in the middle that said “The sun that warms the world.” #HFAallTheWay #CTRcatholic
Mrs. Endersby's grade 4 class is learning about non-contact forces in science. They had so much fun experimenting with magnets and static! #HFAallTheWay #CTRcatholic

Mrs. Seibel’s class braved the extreme cold and had fun celebrating National Popcorn Day! 🍿 They made & sampled different flavours, had a popcorn body break, and created some popcorn drawings!
Miss. Connor's grade 3 class, and Mr. Lunn's grade 2 class, worked together to create a massive prayer chain in the classroom. 🙏🏼💗 #HFAallTheWay #CTRcatholic #IBelieveinCatholicEd
