We are now offering full-time kindergarten! 🎒 😃 Your kindergarten child will have full school days, five days a week, in a faith-based learning environment to develop skills in literacy and numeracy, while also engaging in more outdoor play, activity-based learning, and the development of friendships. The kind of staff and students that could make a terrified, twenty-two year old moving away from home for the first time feel so at home immediately. There truly is no other place like it in the world. I have so many amazing memories and feelings towards HFA and the Brooks community. It is such a rare and beautiful thing to have so many people from so many different parts of the country/world join together to make such a loving and accepting community. Kelly Schofield 2011-2016 Grade 5 and grade 6 HFA/CTK “One of the most treasured experiences of my life was moving to Brooks, Alberta and being welcomed into the Holy Family Academy community. As a young new professional, I had no idea what this experience would bring to my life besides a new challenge and an opportunity to, hopefully, touch the lives of many children. In my five years in Brooks, I formed lifelong friendships, learned what it is to be an impactful educator from many who lead by example, had students who touched my heart and will remain in my heart forever, had colleagues who turned to family, and finally, was blessed with supportive administrators who knew exactly what to say and do in the best and worst of times. Many of my most cherished memories and friendships began at HFA. Holy Family Academy and Brooks, Alberta is a truly special place.
