Digging into science has never tasted so good! 🪱🍫 Mr. Mercado’s Grade 3 scientists had a "dirt-tastic" time on Friday learning about the layers of the soil. They built their own soil profiles using layers of cookies (bedrock), chocolate syrup (subsoil), and gummy worms (organic topsoil)! Students learned about the history of the torch relay, the application process, and even got to see his actual torch and official outfit.
